Student Activities

The Department of Plant and Soil Sciences at Oklahoma State University knows an important part of your education is professional development and putting classroom knowledge to use in judging competitions.  From these activities you will have an opportunity to meet and learn from other professionals.  We strongly encourage students to join one of the professionally sponsored clubs where you will meet others from your field of study.  These will be important connections throughout your career.

Students use their education to participate in the Crop Team, Soil Team and Weed Team as a way to test themselves against students from around the US.  Each activity is sponsored by a professional organization that allows students to strengthen their professional ties.
